Hi, my name is Olga, and I am your meditation voice. I have practiced Hatha Yoga for 30 years and Raja Yoga meditation for 3 years. To become the best instrument for your practice, I have spent countless hours training the discipline of the mind. I am vegetarian (almost vegan), free from alcohol and substances, and a devoted fan of Ekadashi (36 hours on water twice a month) and Chatur Masya.
Calming the mind is only the first—and easily achievable—step in Raja Yoga. My sessions are about learning to live and function while staying connected to your Higher Self, and acting from that state. You will also receive practical guidance for managing the physical body, the astral (emotional) body, and the mental body, helping you live more productively and joyfully.

    Raja Yoga is all about working with the mind and getting into a meditative mode using very clear (no mystery!) and straightforward techniques.
    It is easy to perform and allows to achieve inspiring results in a short time.

    The hard part here is practice.

    I would recommend listening to a meditation once a day or once a week, depending on how you feel about it. But use this technique a few times a day to get into a meditative mode. Just jump into it quickly and stay as long as you can.

    We use the same techniques at the beginning of the Beginner Meditations and even in the Advanced Meditations, just moving faster and with fewer details.

    Remember, practice is the key!

    As I recall my early approaches to meditation years ago, it was probably shavasana — the closing posture at the end of a yoga class. Lying down still, relaxing, thinking of nothing.
    Actually, thinking of everything but nothing… 🙂

    I tried different techniques, read many books, and tried to follow guidance of respected yogis. Nothing worked for me longer than a minute.

    That was very discouraging, and I felt like giving up. I thought meditation was just not for me. And I heard the same belief from so many people, almost everyone I spoke to felt the same way.

    Everything changed when I discovered Raja Yoga meditation.
